If you want to meet with any of the management team (Supervisors, heads or principal), schedule a meeting through the school’s secretary.
Please note that staff members will not be able to meet with you during working hours unless they are informed a head of time as they are engaged in a lot of other duties.
You can expect one meeting before the end of the first term and another one on the second term. These are appointments for parents and teachers to discuss individual student progress.
However parents can set appointments with teachers, on specific times agreed upon by both sides.
There will be a specific time for each teacher to receive calls from parents. these times will be uploaded on the school’s LMS.
Website & LMS
ـ Parents and students are vitally expected to check the school’s website and LMS account on daily basis.
We will not be responsible for any miscommunication resulting from failure of checking updated information.
ـ Messages through your LMS account is the main way of communication between parents and staff
,that’s why we have set a policy to minimize the inconvenience caused to both teachers and parents.
Staff will not send or reply to LMS messages after school hours.
Any messages to teachers are not to be send through bus attendants.
Any urgent messages for class teachers are to be sent in writing with the student.
